Notice is hereby given, pursuant to order resetting sale of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 15, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 22, SULPHUR SPRINGS ADDITION TO TAMPA, FLA., TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF VACATED ALLEY, ABUTTING SAID LOT 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8307 N. ALASKA STREET, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on October 19, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
