NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2009 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 16, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 07-CA-018020 (I), of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff, and CORY R. BLAKE, JOAN I. BLAKE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HOME AMERICAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION (MIN#100062500080870498) and COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, Room 201/202 of the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 2:00 PM on October 20, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 32, COVINGTON PARK PHASE 5B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 227, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
