The South 100 feet of the North 250 feet of the West 106.23 feet of Lot 1, HANKINS ACRES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 51, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

The North .05 feet of the South 120.25 feet of the West 106.23 feet of Lot 1, HANKINS ACRES, as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 51, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on October 20, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
