NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 and entered in 11-CA-007415 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and LUIS CHAIZ; LILIAN ORTIZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS CHAIZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LILIAN ORTIZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602., at 2pm on October 19, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 104, FERN CLIFF, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
