NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 19, 2009 and an Order Resetting Sale dated September 20, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-15711 DIV J UCN: 292008CA015711XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-19, is Plaintiff and NGOAN V. NGUYEN, PHUONG KIM LE; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 7 ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 27 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 66105, VILLAGES BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 7, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS, BOOK 16385, PAGE 303, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16392, PAGE 530 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16392, PAGE 534 AND ALL OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 42 THROUGH 45, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
