The East 11 feet of Lot 13 all of Lots 14 and 15, the West 7 feet of Lot 16, Block 9, Bay Breeze Subdivision, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 60, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE George E. Edgecomb BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, Hillsborough County, Florida, at two o'clock p.m., on October 24, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
