NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 2, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-003310-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-4 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-4, Plaintiff and Roman V. Gimenez and Irma G. Gimenez a/k/a Irma Gimenez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on January 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK “B”, SUNNYBROOK, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 179, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
