NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of September, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011522 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ESTHER M. DOWNS A/K/A ESTHER DOWNS, DECEASED (PUB), ASSOCIATION OF WOODSIDE VILLAGE EAST, INC F/K/A ASSOCIATION OF WOODSIDE VILLAGES, INC., CURTIS DOWNS, JANET DOWNS, KATHLEEN ZAMPELLA, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN
POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 70, WOODSIDE VILLAGE EAST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1042, PAGES 379 TO 418, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 38 AND 38A, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
