Unit 5, BURNS COURT ENCLAVE f/k/a Lana Condominium, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2005189181, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Page 11, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida .
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly Martinson Fernandez, Esq., Hankin, Persson, Davis, McClenanthen & Darnell, 1820 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
