CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 707, OF CENTRAL PARK II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 46 THROUGH 46P, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2963, PAGES 143 THROUGH 217, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE.
