AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and SKIPPER FREEMAN A/K/A SKIPPER R. FREEMAN; PATRICIA FREEMAN A/K/A PATRICIA S. FREEMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 10/17/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
