NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002750 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA2, is Plaintiff, and SKYLER A. COOPER N/K/A SKYLER LOPEZ, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 171, PHILLIPPI GARDENS,UNIT NO.7, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES(S)35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
