NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006841 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SASCO 2006-BC4 TRUST FUND, is Plaintiff, and KAREN E. SPRAGUE-HORNSBY, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1691, 36TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERE RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16,PAGE 3,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
