Roger F. Kilby, and STEVEN KILBY, and all other parties claiming by, through, under and against them; Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-004308 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OBI financial, llc, is the Plaintiff and ROGER F. KILBY, deceased, and STEVEN KILBY, et al, and any and all parties are Defendants. I will sell the following property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 25, Block 9, VENICE GROVES REPLAT, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 77, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M on October 18, 2011. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
