NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 9, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 003653 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-9 is Plaintiff and TOMASZ FRANKOWSKI and; MARTA FRANKOWSKI, his wife; CURRENT RESIDENT; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; NATIONAL CITY BANK; VILLAGES AT PINE TREE HOA, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 14th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3260, VILLAGES AT PINE TREE, SPRUCE PINE ENCLAVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES(S) 5 THROUGH 5G, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
