NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 24th day of October, 2011, at 9am www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit A-26-E-1, First Amendment to RAMBLEWOOD ACRES, A CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1044, Page 1842, and as amended, and as per Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 8, Pages 4, 4A through 4C, and any amendments, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
