NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 19th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014736 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR8 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and MIKHAIL SERGATIOUK; IRINA POLONSKY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 24th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK 8, WARM MINERAL SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 80, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
