NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 015353 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and JAMES C MCNAMARA A/K/A JAMES C MC NAMARA, CHASE BANK USA, NA, PAMELA M MCNAMARA A/K/A PAMELA M MC NAMARA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 72, 4TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 32, 32A-32H OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
