NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 23rd day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 012479 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and BETH B. BAKER; NATIONAL CITY BANK; THE BEACH RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; DAVID F. BAKER, III; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 502, THE BEACH RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 2005259548, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 35 THROUGH 351, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT NO. 502, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
