Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2011, entered in Case No. 2011 CA 001848 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in favor of the Plaintiff, Synovus Bank, and against the Defendants, Fruitville Center Partners, LLC, 5800 Lakewood Ranch Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34240; William R. Dooley, 550 Norton Street, Longboat Key, FL 34228; William Wade Pickard, 3218 Wallcraft Avenue, Tampa, FL 33611; Kenneth D. Smith, 2221 Shadow Wood Lane, Sarasota, FL 34240-9331; SITC-North Management, Inc., and Trade Center Commerce Park Condominium Association, Inc., that Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on October 31, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, the following described real property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Trade Center Commerce Park, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 42, Page 39, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and any amendments thereto.
Formerly known as:
Lot 13 of Sarasota International Trade Center -North, Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 39, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Together with the use of permanent non-exclusive easement as recited in that certain Maintenance/Access Easement recorded March 27, 2002 in Official Records Instrument # 200249371, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
AND
Together with a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress as recited in that certain Driveway Easement between Warrellmann, Inc., a Florida corporation and MPL Properties, Inc., a Florida coporation, recorded November 7, 2003 in Official Records Instrument # 2003226218 and re-recorded ni Official Records Instrument # 2003239342, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Units 1151, 1159, 1163, 1167, 1171, 1175, 1179 and 1183 Building A; Units 1191, 1193, 1195 and 1197, Building B; and Units 1207, 1211, 1215, 1219, 1223, 1227, 1231, 1235, 1239, 1243, 1247 and 1251, Building C, TRADE CENTER COMMERCE PARK CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2008094014, and further described in the Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Book 41, Pages 36 through 36C, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
