Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2011, in the-above styled cause and the Court's September 21, 2011 Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the below described real property (and any personal property situated thereon) situated in Sarasota County, Florida, and more particularly described as.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale. This notice will be published in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
