NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007478 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2007QS8, is Plaintiff, and JULIE A. STRUVE, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 99, CAROLINA ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
