NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 13, 2011, in Case No. 2010-CA-016821-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Derek C. Meyers a/k/a Derek Meyers, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 18th day of October, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
condominium unit no. 1703, of the waverly on lake eola, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 7465, page 4621, as amended time to time, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
