NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000084-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and REBECCA L. ROBINS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 23, of WINFIELD UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded In Plat Book 34, at Page(s) 77 through 81, Inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
