NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 19, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-004959-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 19th day of October, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk. realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
all that certain parcel of land situated in orlando being known as a portion of lot 9, pleasant oaks, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 21, pages 99, 100 and 101, of the public records of orange county, florida, being described as follows: begin at the southwest corner of said lot 9; thence run along the west and north line of said lot 9 the following courses; run north 00 degree 14 minutes 00 second west 90 feet; thence north 56 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds east 48.80 feet to a point on the southerely right of way line of old oak tree court, said point being on a curve concave northerly and having a radius of 44.00 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of south 58 degrees 25 minutes 45 seconds east run easterly along the arc of said curve 30.54 feet through a central angle of 39 degrees 45 minutes 45 seconds; thence leaving said north line of lot 9, run south 00 degree 01 minute 00 second west 110.43 feet to a point on the south line of said lot 9; thence run south 89 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds west along said south line 69.76 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
