NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The City of Winter Garden is applying for USEPA Assessment and Cleanup Grant Funds to assess, remediate and clean up petroleum and hazardous substance contamination within the Brownfield Area. A community stakeholder public meeting is being held to discuss the grant proposal and to solicit public comments about the proposal and the proposed use of funds. The meeting will be held on October 6, 2011 from 12 pm to 1:30 pm and from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Winter Garden City Hall located at 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida 34787. In addition, copies of the grant proposal will be available for review and comment until November 4, 2011. Interested parties may appear at the meetings and be heard with respect to the subject matter. Written comments will be accepted before or at the public hearings.
