NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009391 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC (USA) N.A. is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY MICHAEL SCARDELLETTI A/K/A ANTHONY M. SCARDELLETTI; BERNADETTE SCARDELLETTI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; VICTORIA PARK I PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
