NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002757 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and GLORIA E. SOLTES; E. RICHARD SOLTES; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 25th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 12, BLOCK 7, GULF SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
