BUGINAS; CITIBANK, N.A.; AVIANO AT NAPLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DENNIS HALL, and TENANT #2 N/K/A REBECCA HALL are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
