NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006707 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VERICREST OPPORTUNITY LOAN TRUST 2011- NPL1, is the Plaintiff and LUIS PEREZ, MELBA PEREZ, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; COLLIER COUNTY, NATlONWlDE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, THE BLUE HERON OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex, Atrium Building, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112 at 11:00 am on the 23 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 6-106, The Blue Heron, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Book 3305, pages 656 through 758, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
