notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-001808 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Charles Schwab Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Gene L. Peterson are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on April 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 802, TOWER II, SOUTH SEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, AS SO DESIGNATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 889, AT PAGES 1634 THROUGH 1771, AND ANY EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
