NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 110513CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Thomas D. Foulke; Joyce M. Foulke; Unknown Tenant(s) N/K/A John Doe; and Orange Tree Homeowner's Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on April 23, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block C, Valencia Lakes, Phase 3-A, According to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 37, at Page(s) 93 through 97 incl., of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
