NOTICE IS GIVEN that Richard W. Roeder, Trustee, seeks an order authorizing sale of real properties, subject to mortgage liens, judgments, liens of record, claims and encumbrances and other interests.
A hearing will be held on April 26, 2012 at 11:30 A.M. before Judge Thomas P. Agresti, at U.S. Courthouse, 17 South Park Row, Bankruptcy Courtroom, Erie, Pennsylvania, 16501, regarding authorization for private sale of the following real properties of the debtor:
a. A building and lot located at 471 Hartz Avenue, Crawford County, Meadville, Pennsylvania, 16335; Deed Book 825 Page 589; located in the Meadville School District.
b. A condominium located at 140 Seaview Court, Marco Island, Collier County, Florida, 45145, Unit #N-1005, 10th floor, and an undivided 1/200th interest in the Common Elements and Common Property of the Admiralty House Apartments Condominium
Terms of the private sale of real property to J. Leonard Barretta are: $30,000.00, subject to mortgage liens, judgments, liens of record, claims and encumbrances and other interests, subject to Bankruptcy Court approval.
Bankruptcy Court will entertain higher bids at the hearing.
