NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 14, 2009 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-005250, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR bafc 2007-4 is the Plaintiff, and JEAN S. LHERISSON; JOSCELINE LHERISSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 26th day of April, 2012 at 11:00 am, in the Atrium, on the First Floor of the Collier County Courthouse, Annex Bldg located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 5 BLOCK 92, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 97 THROUGH 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
