NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-02635-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein washington mutual bank, f.a is the Plaintiff and JEROME T. MAHON A/KA JEROME MAHON, SUSAN M. MAHON A/K/A SUSAN MAHON, SUNTRUST BANK, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 26th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 7, VICTORIA PARK ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 7 AND 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
