NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem), entered on March 28, 2012, as to the Counts in the above-styled cause, in and for Orange County, Florida, the Office of LYDIA GARDNER, Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Orange County Courthouse by Electronic Sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 18, 2012, the following described properties:
AS TO COUNT III - WAYNE BROWN AND PATRICIA BROWN AND GUY COLLETTE AND MARILYN COLLETTE
Unit Week 43 in Unit 52, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
AS TO COUNT V - J. GUMBS AKA JULIE GUMBS
Unit Week 27 in Unit 91, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
AS TO COUNT VII - G. H. KENNEDY AND J. M. KENNEDY
Unit Week 25 in Unit 43, VISTANA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3167, Page 1201, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any. Together with a remainder over after termination in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the unit weeks in all phases of said condominium on October 1, 2020 in that fractional interest set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
