The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of April, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 63, Kings Pointe, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, Pages 134 and 135, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
