NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 001624 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and WILLIAM VAN HELDEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM VAN HELDEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CENTRAL PARK A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 202, BUILDING 5974, CENTRAL PARK, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THERE OF RECORED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8076, PAGE 3783, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
