NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-032389-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. TUSCANY VILLAGE VACATION SUITES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and JASON ROBERTS; SHANNON ROBERTS; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk. realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A 0.03230% undivided tenant in common interest in Phase IV of TUSCANY VILLAGE VACATION SUITES, as described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 6630, Page 4259, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all exhibits attached thereto (the “Declaration”).
Grantee owns a Type 1 Vacation Ownership Interest in a TWO BEDROOM Suite and shall be required to make a reservation for a Suite, with every YEAR occupancy rights, in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration.
Together with an appurtenant undivided interest in common elements of the Project as described in the Declaration. Project 48 - Interval control Number(s): 4208-27.
A 0.03230% undivided tenant in common interest in Phase IV of TUSCANY VILLAGE VACATION SUITES, as described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 6630, Page 4259, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all exhibits attached thereto (the “Declaration”).

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
