NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-030682-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and GINA M. CONSTANTINE, MERS INC., AS A NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORP. DBA DITECH.COM, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GINA M CONSTANTINE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH J. CONSTANTINE, JOSEPH J. CONSTANTINE, PAUL J. CONSTANTINE, JR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL J. CONSTANTINE, JR., UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A BETTY MILLER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of May, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
