NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000060 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and DELFIN FIGUEROA; TRINITARIA BONILLA FIGUEROA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SOUTHCHASE-EAST PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHMEADOW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 95, ROSEWOOD UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE(S) 5 THROUGH 10, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
