Notice of Public Hearing
The following ordinance will be heard at a regularly scheduled public meeting of the Town of Oakland's Town Commission on Tuesday April 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon after as possible, in Oakland's Meeting Hall, 221 North Arrington Street. Interested parties may appear and be heard.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF OAKLAND, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED: PROVIDING AN ADDITIONAL METHOD FOR SURETY TO BE PROVIDED BY THE DEVELOPER; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The ordinances may be viewed at Oakland Town Hall, 230 North Tubb Street, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
