The administration of the estate of CAROL MARY WEBER, deceased, whose date of death was January 28, 2012; and whose social security number is XXX-XX-4203 is pending in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, Probate Division, File No.: 48-2012-CP-268-0, the address of which is 425 North Orange Avenue, Room 340, Orlando, Florida 32801. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this Court, WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
In addition to the above described limitation period, Section 733.710 of the Florida Probate Code provides a two-year statute of limitations, running from the date of the decedent's death, on creditors' claims. Except for liens as set forth in Section 733.701(3) or creditors who file claims within the period set forth above ans within 2 years after the person's death, 2 years after the death of a person, neither the Decedent's estate, the Personal Representative, nor the beneficiaries shall be liable for any claim or cause of action against the Decedent, whether or not Letters of Administration have been issued.
Date of the first publication of this Notice to Creditors was April 5, 2012 and the Decedent's date of death was January 28, 2012.
