NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 22, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-218 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein ROSY CHEHEBAR, is Plaintiff and RICHARD MOSSERI; BANK OF AMERICA; LAKE VIRGINIA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALTAMONTE MALL, LLC D/B/A/ ALTAMONTE MALL ON BEHALF OF ALTAMONTE MALL VENTURE; OAKS MALL, LLC F/K/A OAKS MALL GAINESVILLE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP are the defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell online to the highest and best bidder via electronic sale on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 26th day of April 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 407, of Lake Virginia Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4177, Page 2389, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto.
