Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 27 day of March, 2012, and entered in case No. 11-CC-007091 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAYPOINTE YACHT & RACQUET CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JAMES A. DILLON and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES A. DILLON n/k/a CHRIS DILLON are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit H-103, Building H, baypointe yacht and racquet club condominium phase vi, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1745, Page 2221, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
