Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 27 day of March, 2012, and entered in case No. 11-CC-007291 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MAPLE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CHARLES O. PETERSON, JR.; JANICE MARTTINE; JOHN DOE AS THE UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION N/K/A ALLEN JOHNSON; GE MONEY BANK, A DIVISION OF GENERAL ELECTRIC CAPITAL CORPORATION and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CTX MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 2, MAPLE GARDENS TWO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1592, Page 1379, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
