Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 23 day of March, 2012, and entered in case No. 11-CC-006476 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SABAL POINTE AT MAJESTIC PALMS SECTION II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL L. LYNCH and DOLORES A. LYNCH are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 202, Building 2, Phase 3, SABAL POINTE AT MAJESTIC PALMS SECTION II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000234814, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
