Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 23 day of March, 2012, and entered in case No. 08-CA-017512 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNSET LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and SUNSET LAKE INVESTORS GROUP, LLC and SUNSET LAKE II, LLC are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Units 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, Building 4, SUNSET LAKES, PHASE I, and an undivided share in the common element thereto, lying in Section 31, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O. R. Book 2698 at Page 65 through 155, inclusive, and amended as recorded in O.R. Book 2723, Page 1478, and any further amendments to Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, less and except any portion thereof constituting part of the 18 completed units or any common elements appurtenant to the 18 completed units.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
