NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 A.m., on the 25 day of April, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit 13, Building 3, Sunset Lakes, Phase 1, a Condominium and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, lying in Section 31, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida, according to the Declaration of Condominium on file and recorded in O.R. Book 2698, Pages 65 through 155, inclusive, and amended as recorded in O.R. Book 2723, Page 1478, and any further amendments to Declaration of Condominium as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
