NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on April 25, 2012, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of Lot 14, of that certain subdivision known as BONITA FARMS lying in Section 35, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 27, of the Lee County, Florida Public Records, thence run South along the West line of said Lot 14 a distance of 1315 feet to the Point of Beginning of the lands hereby conveyed, from the Point of Beginning run East parallel to the North line of said Lot 14, for 145 feet, thence run South parallel to the West line of said Lot 14 for 70 feet, thence run West parallel to the North line of said Lot 14 for 145 feet to the West line of said Lot 14, thence run North along the West line of said Lot 14 to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
